Terms & Conditions

We appreciate your confidence in our products and company. Spindrift is committed to making superior products and backing them up with superior service. Our goal is to support our retail partners in their efforts to grow their businesses and sell the highest-quality dog gear available.

1. Presentation of the Spindrift Brand. We at Spindrift pride ourselves on making the finest gear. Because we hold ourselves to a high standard, we expect our Spindrift dealers to present our brand and products in a professional manner. Spindrift products should be merchandised and presented in a clean, organized, professional environment. You and your sales staff should be knowledgeable about both our products and your customers, to recommend appropriate products to meet customer needs.

3. Order Amounts. · The minimum initial order for new Spindrift dealers is $500 · The minimum reorder amount for current Spindrift dealers is $50. Orders for less than the minimum order amount of $50 will be charged a $5 handling fee

4. Pricing. All Spindrift pricing is subject to change without notice. Please contact Spindrift with any questions.

5. Terms. Terms for Spindrift Dealers are net 30 on approved credit (a Spindrift Confidential Credit Application must be completed), effective from date of invoice. The minimum order amount for net 30 terms is $1,500. All invoices must be paid in full and on time to maintain active account status. Accounts over 30 days past due will be placed on credit hold until the account is current. Accounts that exceed 90 days past due will be changed to “pre-paid-only” status for a minimum period of one year. Past-due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. For dealers who have been in business less than one year, Spindrift requires prepayment status for a minimum period of six months. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

6. Shipping. (a) All orders will ship in two to three business days. (b) Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is UPS Ground service, with freight charges prepaid and added to the invoice. (c) Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian customers, please inquire about our shipping waiver. (d) Refused shipments: If you refuse a shipment without making prior arrangements with Spindrift, a 20% restocking fee will be applied against the order total, and freight charges on the order both to and from your location will also be applied to your account.

7. Shipping Discrepancies and Shortages. Inspect all cartons, shipments, and packing lists carefully immediately upon receipt. The delivery carrier is responsible for lost or damaged shipments, and such claims should be presented to the carrier directly upon receipt. Shipping discrepancies, shortages, or invoicing errors must be reported to Spindrift with three business days of shipment receipt. Adjustments will be considered only if reported with that time.

8. Spindrift Guarantee. Spindrift guarantees all our gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by chewing, neglect, misuse, or normal wear. Spindrift reserves the right to replace the item at our discretion. Spindrift will pay return-shipping costs only for qualified warranty claims.

9. Returns. To submit a return, please contact Spindrift to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of invoice date. To receive proper credit, this RA# must be included with your returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be received within 90 days of the issued Return Authorization. No returns will be accepted on items that have been discontinued by Spindrift. Items that are not in resalable condition (e.g., damaged packaging, non Spindrift pricing stickers, and so on) will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All products returned to Spindrift must be clean. Items that are not clean will be returned without consideration for credit.

10. Other terms. The terms specified herein are the only terms under which Spindrift will sell our merchandise. We do not agree to terms and conditions stipulated on a buyer’s purchase order or similar documents unless an agreement is reached in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Spindrift.
